The Clinician also assists in the coordination of all mental health support services provided by the Team. This includes coordinating and collaborating with team members and outside agencies such as, the Conservator's Office, Public Guardian's Office, Probation Department, County Behavioral Health Services, and housing and inpatient providers. Shifts Available: Full Time; AM 8:30 am - 5:00 pm; Monday - Friday Wage range $68,640.00 - $84,024.91 - Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. What You Bring to the Table (Must Have) * Registered with the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences: Must have ASW, AMFT, or APCC. This program is a full service partnership between LA county and Telecare. The program structure mimics our current FSP programs in LA county, in that we are serving high acuity members who struggle with severe to moderate mental health symptoms. This FSP will specialize JIMH -justice involved mental health members. There are 200 FSP slots and 100 of those slots are dedicated to ODR - Office of Diversion and re-entry. 50 of the slots are dedicated to AOT/Care Court members, and last 50 slots will be a pilot for individual members being discharged from La Casa MHRC, bypassing Step Down and being accepted directly into FSP.
