Our client is looking for a *Senior** Hospital Billing Claims Analyst* to join the team! *This will be a 6 month contract to hire opportunity. This person must be eligible to work W2 in the United States. * *Required: *
* *Must be Epic Hospital Billing Claims Certified * * *Must have 5+ years of Epic Hospital Billing Claims build experience (configure, test, and support)* * *Must have experience working for a Healthcare Provider* * *Working in an agile environment preferred* *Description:* * *Analyze Business Requirements:* Implement system functionality changes to meet evolving business needs. * *Workflow Design: *Lead the design and testing of billing workflows within Epic modules. * *Troubleshoot Issues: *Identify, document, and resolve billing application issues. * *Collaborate: *Work closely with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to maintain data integrity and system security. * *Documentation:* Develop and maintain documentation for system upgrades and user communication. * *Continuous Improvemen*t: Participate in initiatives to enhance system performance and support Epic upgrades. * *Team Support:* Collaborate with Bree Taylor, the manager of the revenue cycle group, including front-end and back-end teams. * *ServiceNow Tickets: *Manage and resolve support tickets using ServiceNow. * *Onboarding and Start-Up: *Assist with onboarding new employees and support start-up businesses. * *Agile Practices:* Participate in standup scrums and work planning sessions. *Additional Skills We're Looking For:* * *Epic Expertise:* Epic certified, with strong knowledge of workflows, hospital billing, and claims implementation. * *Technical Proficiency:* Deep understanding of revenue cycle billing, hospital billing, and claims processing operations. * *Communication: *Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * *Collaboration:* Proven ability to work effectively with teams and vendors. * *Problem-Solving:* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
