Job DescriptionAs we transform the way we design and build products at Visa, and better align our Product and Technology teams, our big focus is on portfolio management and ensuring we prioritize the right investments with the highest ROI, and products are performing as expected for our clients and the market. This includes shifting the organization towards more transparency into portfolio management practices and leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making and product improvements. This role will report to the Senior Director of Portfolio Operations and will help define and execute on product portfolio management practices and support planning and day-to-day portfolio management activities, in close partnership with the Product Management and Development teams for one Business Unit within the Global Product team. The ideal candidate will be a structured, critical thinker with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. He or she can make the complex simple. Experience in portfolio management, product development/management, management consulting, or business strategy/operations is a plus. He or she is thoughtful, curious, and analytical with a desire to make an impact. Experience in today's complex, global payments ecosystem is a foundational aspect of the role.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. QualificationsBasic Qualifications Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 102,600.00 to 145,150.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
