Overview

Department Overview

Through the establishment and maintenance of relationships with providers, Provider Contracting and Pricing negotiates, contracts, develops reimbursement rates and implements innovative strategies that secure cost-effective, high-quality healthcare for our customers.

Primary Responsibilities

This position is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely accomplishment of all basic administrative duties and functions, confidential and otherwise. Activities required by incumbents may vary by departmental needs.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Recording of Advisory Committee minutes
  • Management of company-wide subscriptions and memberships
  • Utilization and management of documents within the VMS system
Summary of Qualifications

  • Previous administrative support experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience using Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in a customer contact position communicating information
  • Experience organizing and prioritizing tasks
  • Experience working with highly confidential information
  • Experience working under little or no supervision
  • Experience interacting with all levels of staff
  • Previous administrative executive level support experience preferred
Work Location

The work location for this position will be hybrid (onsite/remote).
