Job Summary: This role will be part of the internal recruiting team that leads and drives the full-cycle recruitment efforts and talent acquisition strategy for Belden#s businesses within the United States and Canada. This position will report to the Director, Talent Acquisition and will be an integral part of the North America Recruiting Team. Experience building relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and the HR team will be critical to success in this role, along with the ability to prioritize time, demonstrate pushback and a sense of urgency, and understand the value of strong customer service, to both internal and external contacts. A successful candidate will think creatively when faced with challenging roles, timelines,and people. The Sr. Recruiter is responsible for acquiring talented individuals for multiple functional areas. Responsibilities:
Required Skills and Experience
Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $102,000 - $125,000 annually, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
