THE ROLE
We are in search of a driven and skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Hotel Granada. This position is a champion within our Food & Beverage department and plays a vital role in bringing the hotel's culinary identity to life. As a Chef de Partie, you will own your station and contribute to the delivery of exceptional guest experiences by executing high-quality, flavorful, and visually stunning dishes that reflect the local character of Atlanta.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Model the company's Art + Science ideologies by ensuring the principles of translocal hospitality, intuitive service, and culinary storytelling are reflected in your work
- Execute daily preparation and service with precision, consistency, and pride across assigned stations
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef on recipe development, mise en place, and seasonal menu changes that highlight the rich culinary heritage of Atlanta
- Uphold sanitation and food safety standards, maintaining a clean and organized workstation that exceeds expectations
- Support inventory, purchasing, and receiving protocols by accurately tracking prep levels and communicating product needs
- Assist in the training and mentorship of line cooks and stewards, reinforcing technique, safety, and kitchen professionalism
- Participate in all culinary operations including prep, service, banquets, and special events, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation
- Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in adapting to fluctuating volume and guest demands
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- A passion for food, people, and local culture-with a desire to create memorable guest experiences rooted in place
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, ideally within a boutique hotel, upscale restaurant, or chef-driven concept
- A strong foundation in culinary techniques, knife skills, and plating-ServSafe certification preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods in high-temperature environments
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle the physical demands of the kitchen
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events
- A team-first mentality, excellent time management, and a hunger to grow within the culinary arts
