Job Description: Women's Health Program Coordinator- Full Time, Days Status:Full Time Shift: Days *On-call Consultations as needed on Weekends and Holidays* Baptist Health Louisville is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Women's Health Program Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will coordinate and manage women's health programs, ensuring that patients receive the highest quality care and support. You will work closely with healthcare professionals, community partners, and patients to design, implement, and evaluate programs that promote women's health and well-being. This position offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on women's health in our community. Job Summary: The Women's Health Program Coordinator provides clinical leadership in the women's health service line.He or she serves as a role model for the nursing staff, demonstrates application of scientific methods, current research and evidence to improve nursing practice, serves as a consultant to nursing and medical staff, participates in staff development/continuing education, and develops education and support programs for the patient population. He or she oversees perinatal/palliative care and the bereavement program. Requirements: Master's degree in nursing required. Active Kentucky RN License. Obstetrics Experience required. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required. | |
