City Experiences is seeking a Director, Finance Transformation for our Finance operations in Orlando

About You:

This person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody City Experiences' RESPECT Service System.

About the Opportunity:

The Director of Finance Transformation is responsible for driving finance transformation and insight of the company's value creation plan.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:



  • Oversee and coordinate tracking and reporting for the Company's value creation plan, including reporting to the Company's private equity owner.
  • Ensure alignment between value creation planning, reporting and execution, to understand any value leakage.
  • Analyze and understand value creation strategy and ensure Finance and IT can support the organization in its transformation
  • Develop, implement, and maintain robust analytical capabilities to drive new insights around the business and performance management that is accretive to the Company's strategy.
  • Understand areas of opportunity based on recognizing how historical financial results and patterns will influence future performance and earnings.
  • Manage initiatives with internal teams as well as external consultants to drive the development of foundational processes and tools.
  • Drive completion of projects in a timely manner to drive step changes within the organization.
  • Collaborate with the CFO, VP FP&A, and department heads to consistently refresh the value creation planand connect operating performance to planned performance.
  • Establish KPI dashboards and work cross-functionally to track and manage project costs, budget, and performance.
  • Monitor actual value creation performance against the budget, analyze variances, and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Provide financial leadership in long-term planning and strategic financial initiatives.


Requirements & Qualifications:



  • 8+ years' experience in professional services preferred.
  • Masters or Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area of study.
  • High EQ, enabling strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Experience delivering to middle-market Private Equity Sponsors and their portfolio companies.
  • Experience working with and delivering for senior executive leaders (e.g., Operating Partners, Portfolio Support Teams, CFO, Controller).
  • Experience leading and solving end-to-end transformation across people, process, and technology.
  • Extensive experience in working with transactions and related integration activities.
  • Understanding of end-to-end Office of CFO (FP&A, Accounting, etc.)
  • Technology adept and experience managing large data sets and data visualization tools.
  • Big 4 experience.
  • CPA, CFA a plus.
