Senior Quality Advisor for Care Delivery

Overview: Henry Ford Health, in the midst of an integration with Ascension, is seeking a Senior Quality Advisor to provide strategic guidance and leadership in advancing system-wide quality and safety initiatives. The advisor will collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and help shape the future of quality governance, culture, and communication across the organization.

Engage:

* Partner with Drs Pollak and Awdish to develop training in communication supporting the Candor supporting wellness of our providers.

* Leverage his expertise in patient and provider communication to create a collaborative, supportive environment where frontline teams feel empowered.

Innovate:

* Train a subset of quality and experience teams in gathering information from the front lines (Dr Berry is an expert in this area of research).

* Use this to support rapid cycle staff led quality improvement as part of the CQO strategy to more rapidly make achieve quality goals.

Grow:

* Leverage Dr Berry's status as a prolific academic to strengthen HFH's reputation as a national leader in quality and experience through strategic academic contributions.

* Partner with the Quality team to increase the number of projects presented and published nationally
