Compensation: $21.75 This position will be based in the location(s) specified in the job posting and requires working on-site with no telecommuting option. You will be expected to live within a commutable distance. California Natural Color is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lab Tech to join our harvest team from July - October. As a Lab Tech, you will perform physical and chemical analysis of grapes, grape products, water, and other related materials. You will operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and analyze and process laboratory samples while observing the department's safety practices, procedures, and quality system. This position may require shift work with occasional overtime and weekend work schedules. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field and experience in a laboratory setting. You will use your knowledge of distillation, titrimetric, colormetric, and instrumental methods to support the grape harvest. Experience with laboratory information management systems and chemical waste disposal guidelines will help you succeed in this seasonal role. What You Will Need:
