Job ID:37201 Summary Working closely with the Digital Engagement Team, the Ecommerce Marketing Specialist is to assist in the creation, execution, analysis, and optimization of marketing and promotional plan and strategy for IdenTrust.com and ZeroSSL.com. This position involves executing day-to-day tasks and developing content to support the promotional strategy. The role involves a comprehensive approach, from planning and execution to in-depth analysis and continuous optimization, with a focus on achieving optimal results and maximizing the impact of marketing efforts. The Ecommerce Marketing Specialist will play a crucial part in driving the success of the company's marketing initiatives and ensuring a strong and competitive position within the Ecommerce landscape. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Manager may assign other duties.
- Work with Marketing Manager to oversee, strategize and implement all visual marketing and promotions on international marketplaces.
- Optimize Product Listings: Enhance titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, and images to improve visibility and conversion rates across all platforms.
- Deploy A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve conversion rates on the website.
- Work with Marketing Manager to track performance reporting on KPIs.
- Work with Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing growth and profitability strategy.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including marketing, digital, sales, and logistics, to align strategies and drive overall channel success.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and web performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Ecommerce Site CMS Management: Work with developers to maintain our ecommerce platform and as necessary make SEO enhancements, addition of new content and assets
- Multi-channel expansion & demand generation: Optimize visibility in multi-channel expansion, marketplace storefront settings and referral partnerships to optimize operations and functionality.
- Advertising Campaign Management: Work with Digital Engagement team and Marketing Manager on advertising campaigns on respective platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
- Advise marketing manager on digital engagement and ecommerce best practices to optimize the performance of websites
- Manage content health, reporting and content analysis for optimal SEO performance
- Create regular (monthly) reporting
- Use project management tool, Workfront, to receive, manage and communicate on all assigned projects.
- Stay up to date on current digital engagement and demand generation best practices for optimal performance
- Assist in designing, running and analyzing A/B testing of forms, landing pages and emails and apply learnings to future campaigns
- Monitor traffic to ensure proper operational flow through the sales funnel and drive high quality traffic
- Other digital engagement and demand generation special projects as needed

- Good understanding of data and ecommerce analytics
- Ability to actively own, project manage and be accountable for all assigned projects through final delivery, meeting all timeline milestones using our project management tool, Workfront
- Results-oriented with the ability to execute tasks independently and with great attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration and organizational skills utilizing collaboration tools: online meetings, email, Microsoft Teams and Workfront
Experience
- A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in marketing, internet marketing or relevant technical field. Candidates with equivalent education plus relevant work experience may also be considered.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in managing global B2C ecommerce sites required
- Strong working knowledge of CMS platforms to be able to make technical updates to websites
- Experience in large volume, subscription-based services
- Knowledge in Marketing Automation processes including campaign creation, lead management and digital marketing
- Working knowledge of churn reduction and retention strategies to minimize risks
- Experience working with pricing and promotional strategy as it relates to churn and targeting new customer segments
- Ability to work and communicate effectively cross-functionally and cross-regionally.
- Solid grounding within the B2B/B2C environment, to understand ROI and calculate it in the most general of terms.
Language Skills
- Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing.
Additional Skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.
- Working knowledge of Agile framework for marketing
- Experience with Marketo and Salesforce.com, as well as project management tools such as Workfront
