Responsibilities




  • Manage the work of System Health employees to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems; provide employees with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems or in resolving escalated complaints or disputes; determine appropriate staffing levels, and initiate recruitment efforts when appropriate
  • Train or instruct employees in job duties or company policies; prepare and issue work schedules to ensure 24/7 support coverage
  • Design, implement, and evaluate employee training and development programs, and performance measurement criteria
  • Ensure client issues are adjudicated within the terms of the SLA.
  • Establish with client categorization and prioritization of bugs, requests, enhancements, and set appropriate expectations for resolution
  • Serve as internal client advocate to ensure continuous ongoing support is maintained
  • Coordinate training sessions and materials for established customers
  • Attend (in person or via phone) regular (ie, bi- monthly or quarterly) client progress meetings
  • Create and distribute reporting of issues, activities, etc.; escalate issues to appropriate technical team or management, as needed
  • Support implementation with go-live events



Preferred Experience




  • Master all System Engineer III responsibilities
  • Customer service experience in a help desk environment
  • Previous experience in supervising teams, including assignment of work schedules and assignments

  • Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems



Education




  • Bachelor's Degree Required, preferable in Engineering



95-110K + 15% STIP
