DIVISION: U.S. AutoForce POSITION SUMMARYOversee the operational functions and activities for numerous outlying automotive distribution warehouses within a specific region. Manage large projects such as warehouse moves, additions and set up of new acquisitions. Provide leadership necessary to achieve high levels of associate and customer engagement, and operational efficiency.This Regional Manager will cover northern California must be located within the region with ability to travel within region 50% of the time. Compensation Range: $115,000- $130,000 U.S. Venture's compensation range is specific to location and takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. U.S. Venture requires that a team member have and maintain authorization to work in the country in which the role is based. In general, U.S. Venture does not sponsor candidates for nonimmigrant visas or permanent residencyunless based on business need.
