Government Contractor seeking PROJECT MANAGER to oversee Hospital and Clinic cleaning contract in Jefferson City MO and Columbia MO. This qualified candidate must have 5 years of Project Management experience within the last 5 years -Must have 2- 5 years experience in the Hospital/ Clinic arena -Must be able to pass a Government Background check and drug test -Must have certain vaccinations ( will provide list) SKILLS -Excellent Written and Verbal and Interpersonal Communication skills- Clearly convey points and information to different audiences- such as HQ Management and Hospital Contracting Officer -Manage staff- Interview, Hire, Train, council and terminations - OSHA Safety Standards knowledge as well as OSHA Training -Handling all facets of the Custodial contract- make sure project timelines and deadlines are carried out -Organized and attention to detail -Supervising teams - overseeing crews - problem solving -Computer savvy able to submit reports - -knowledge of all facets of Hospital / Clinic janitorial cleaning- Stripping and Waxing Floors, Bathroom and Hospital disinfection, glass cleaning, High low dusting, proper garbage removal -Clean drivers license -Inventory reporting
