Salary

$75,630.56 - $87,572.23/annually

The expected compensation range for this position represents a good faith estimate for this position and the specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, experience, and/or FTE.

Canvas Health's mental health and substance use disorder providers, clinicians, and staff bring their diverse lived experience to help inform and guide the care they provide to clients. Our integrated programs and services offer coordinated care to people of all ages in their homes, the community, and in our clinics. We strive for excellence in clinical care as we serve those living with mental illness, substance use disorders, crisis, unstable housing, and trauma. Canvas Health is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid.

Position Summary

This position is responsible for the overall functioning of the assigned Children's Therapeutic Day Treatment program(s), including the facilitation of procedures for intake, discharge and daily programming for children in this program. Also responsible for the supervision and management of all staff assigned to these programs. This position includes the provision of therapy to clients and their families as needed. This position must engage in close partnership and consultation with our school district, county and other community health providers.

40 Hours, Monday through Friday

Forest Lake, MN and Blaine, MN

Qualifications



  • Master's degree in human services related field
  • Current and valid LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC Mental Health Professional Licensure with eligibility to become a credentialed provider with insurance entities


  • Supervision competency is listed or eligible to be listed with professional board
  • Minimum of two years of experience providing supervision
  • Minimum of three years' experience in either residential or day treatment required



Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations
  • Experience with Electronic Health Record systems
