Guard Shack Admin - Week Nights

Utz Quality Foods is growing and currently hiring a Distribution Clerk - Guard Shack to support our manufacturing operations in Hanover, PA on our new Week Night shift. The position works Mon-Thurs 5:30PM-5:30AM

As a Distribution Clerk - Guard Shack, you'll be the first point of contact for drivers and play a key role in managing inbound and outbound shipments. You'll help with driver check-ins, paperwork, and maintaining accurate shipping records-all while keeping things organized and efficient to support our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process all inbound and outbound receipts in Blue Yonder.
• Scan and upload all shipping documents in TMS from the previous day.
• Check-in all incoming drivers in Blue Yonder to confirm load details are accurate.
• Release work prioritized by warehouse leadership in WMS system.
• Schedule inbound and outbound dock appointments.
• Assist drivers at check-in and with obtaining paperwork.
• Work proactively in a cross-functional team with diverse groups of people.
• Other job duties as assigned.
• Requires excellent typing, filing, and organization skills.
• Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with an ability to manage multiple tasks, reprioritize as needed, and work within time constraints.
• Ability to communicate well, both written and verbal.
