Your tasks The Department Manager - Mechanical / Hydraulic Maintenance oversees a team of technicians responsible for mechanical and hydraulic system reliability in HPDC processes. This role ensures timely repairs, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Supervise and lead a team of mechanical and hydraulic technicians. Oversee maintenance schedules for die casting machines and auxiliary equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical/hydraulic issues. Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime. Ensure safety compliance and best maintenance practices. Other duties as assigned Your profile Associate degree or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in mechanical/hydraulic maintenance with at least 2 years of leadership experience, preferably in HPDC or metal casting industries.
