Tactical Air Support Inc. Program Scheduling Analyst Salary Range: $95,000- $110,000 DOE Position Summary Under general direction, the Program Scheduling Analyst is responsible to develop, maintain and review project master schedules. This position will work with stakeholders to establish a master schedule, maintain the schedule baseline, review and document schedule status and variances. Will review and recommend for approval the baseline schedule, as well as any revisions to those schedules, and provide time impact analysis for change orders. The Program Scheduler will utilize industry and company metrics to monitor program execution and drive data and risk-based decision-making. Responsible for developing and delegating contract deliverables and coaching the team, stakeholders, and contractors/subcontractors in those responsibilities. In concert with program managers and/or assigned team members, the Program Scheduling Analyst will identify risks and propose solutions; will formulate and execute the program's deliverables; will support program goals to meet objectives, established schedules, and budgets. They will focus on Tactical Air's customers leveraging technical expertise, operational excellence, and execution of duties to deliver desired outcomes of assigned program(s). Responsibilities
