Staffmark is excited to partner with a leading logistics company in Monroe, LA, and looking to hire a Warehouse Operator. Pay: $12 per hour

Shift: 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM or 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM (Both shifts work 3 days on, 3 days off, including weekends.)

Warehouse Operator Responsibilities:



  • Set up and operate the corrugated stretch wrapper in line with company standards
  • Monitor machine performance, ensuring correct tension and wrapping quality
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are consistently met



Qualifications:



  • Previous experience operating stretch wrap machinery is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
  • 1-2 years of warehouse experience
  • Lifting Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
