THE JOB:
As a Bus & Runner at the Pool Cafe at Bellagio, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, inviting environment while supporting a world-class dining experience. In this role, you'll ensure tables and service stations are spotless, fully stocked, and ready to deliver exceptional guest service. You'll work side-by-side with our Food Servers to provide fast, efficient food delivery and an unforgettable poolside experience.

THE STARTING RATE:

• $14.4693 per hour + tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain a clean and organized food & beverage station.
• Sanitize equipment, tables, chairs, and surfaces regularly.
• Assist with food running and support server needs.
• Stock and rotate supplies from storeroom and warehouse.
• Ensure floors remain clean and safe throughout the shift.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Prior relevant experience as a busser/food runner within a fast paced, high volume restaurant operations is a bonus.
