As a Lobby Lounge Cocktail Server, you will be working in a social environment where you have the opportunity to connect with guests and build relationships. Among the social aspect of a Cocktail Server, you will provide the service of food and beverage to our guests in a friendly and timely manner. The ideal candidate will have at least year of experience.

As a Cocktail Server, you will serve drinks in a precise, timely, and professional manner while ensuring high standards of customer service in the Beverage outlet.

What will you be doing?

  • Maintain service station and floor cleanliness before, during, and after shift.
  • Greet guests in a timely, friendly, and courteous manner and explain all specials, promotions, and food options.
  • Take orders and recite selection of all call and premium brands as requested. This will require memorization of all available drinks, beer, and wines.
  • Provide appropriate snack and garnish with all beverages.
  • Input orders in a timely manner into point of sale system to inform bartender of order.
  • Keep guest tables and floors clean, and assist with bar area organization.
  • Replenish beverages and check guest satisfaction regularly.
  • Present check promptly, handle payments, and balance charges. Thank guests and invite them to return.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

What do you bring to the role?

  • 1 year of cocktail serving experience required.
  • Obtain necessary licenses or certificates; TIPS and bartender certifications preferred. Adhere to liquor regulations for minors and intoxicated guests.
  • High knowledge of spirits, beer, trendy liquors, and wines.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation for high-volume bars.
  • Awareness of surroundings, guest needs, and corporate standards.
  • Proficient in English to understand menus, promotions, and communicate with guests.
  • Transport trays up to 25 lbs. through crowded rooms continuously.
  • Prior cash handling experience required; maintain funds, count change accurately, and balance all monies.
