We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, material handling, and logistics, with a preference for experience in construction (OSP/Aerial) materials.
Key Responsibilities: * Manage inventory, material check-in, and logistics. * Organize, coordinate, and communicate with cross-functional teams for material needs and setup. * Check in materials, label, assign reel IDs, record serial numbers, and reserve materials for project managers and transfers. * Conduct inventory management using Microsoft Dynamics; experience in a Microsoft environment is preferred. * Communicate and coordinate effectively between cross-functional teams. * Report to Perry Hall daily from 6 AM to 2 PM. * Drive to drop off/pick up materials as needed (must pass MVR to use company vehicle). Requirements: * 2+ years of experience in inventory, material management, warehouse, logistics, and material check-in. * Experience with construction (OSP/Aerial) materials preferred. * Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills. * Self-motivated, reliable, and accountable; ability to work independently in a stand-alone position. * Must pass MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check.
