This role is responsible for the design and implementation of the Business and Clinical Intelligence strategy for Revo Health. This will include data warehousing, dashboards, reporting, analytics, informatics, quality improvement, and patient safety to support regional operational and clinical quality systems across the organization. The Director drives business value through partnerships to identify problems and define optimal outcomes, applies analytical and critical thinking to generate insightful, innovative, and practical solutions to regional issues, demonstrates execution skills to meet client expectations while delivering value and minimizing potential obstacles and risks, and manages stakeholder relationships. This is a full-time position working M-F out of our Corporate Office in Bloomington. Revo Health is a professional services company that partners with multiple healthcare groups to deliver exceptional patient care. This position will be employed through Revo Health, working closely with Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health) and its operating divisions.
Essential Functions:
- Has oversight for, develops, implements, and supports programmatic execution of data and clinical intelligence analysis for internal and external clients, which can include implementation and training of business intelligence software and processes.
- Identifies opportunity for data enhancement and innovation throughout the organization.
- Elevates technology trends to improve client engagement and future product development
- Coordinates team members around program development and execution to ensure Revo meets client timelines and expectations, helping to ensure a successful Revo-client relationship.
- Takes responsibility for assurance and ownership of client success. Serves as primary point of contact between the Business and Clinical Intelligence Department and i-Health division leadership.
- Responsible for hiring and onboarding new department employees. Support, develop and mentor team members to ensure the accuracy, quality and output match the expected product to the client.
- Implement, support, and maintain a prioritization or request process to ensure scalability and execution of project deliverables.
- Manages implementation and success of software solutions utilized by the department (to include, but not limited to patient data, engagement, and education software) Lead and support team member essential functions which include, but are not limited to:
- Informatics, Visualization and Analytics program development and supervision - continue to evolve and develop opportunities to streamline all aspects of Tableau use, data efficiency, data integrity and documentation of reporting elements (definitions, integrated data sources, etc.)
- Clinical Intelligence oversight - work with clinical intelligence team to prioritize work and meet deliverable timelines for clinical projects across i-Health. This may include regular meetings with the CMO or other i-Health clinical leaders, interfacing with service line leads and other clinical groups.
- Collaboration on strategic initiatives - collaboration with other Revo departments to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
- Technique and validation - provide oversight and validation of produced work from team members to ensure deliverables meet the expectations of the department. Delivers the product for final review with COO and CIO.
- Support and develop best practices for visualization development, database management and optimization and connection with additional report efficiencies.
- Physician Practice Review support - provides analytics training to i-Health division leadership to ensure successful delivery of physician practice reviews by clinic managers and VPs.
- Any and all other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum 5 years of progressive management and leadership experience in health care
- Excellent communication skills
- 10+ years' experience in business intelligence technologies including data warehousing, ETL and reporting, with technical experience in Tableau required.
