Job Overview

Provide direct technical contribution and support towards the development and validation of new Cardiac Assist products and concepts as they relate to the discipline of Bio-medical Engineering

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties

A list of the main responsibilities and percentage of time spent in each responsibility or group of responsibilities:

* Data collection, presentation and evaluation of Intra-Aortic Balloon algorithms (40%)

* Interpretation of System Requirements and Executing System Test plans (40%)

* Assist in providing data to support claim of Substantial Equivalence to predicate devices (10%)

* Update and provide status on Agile Jira pulse board, participate in team meetings (10%)

Minimum Requirements

* Currently a junior or senior student attending a 4-year undergraduate program, or working towards a Master's degree in a related life science field.

* Minimum GPA of 3.0.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* Experience in Engineering lab environment, and lab report writing.

* Excellent written, communication and organizational skills, with keen attention to details.

* Strong interpersonal and team skills.

* Advanced proficiency: MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams
