The Role: Service Level Owner for Client

Role and Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the availability of critical applications for client
• Handle the incidents, problems and changes for multiple applications
• Development of automation tools to support various applications.
• Day to Day collaboration with Scrum Teams, providing support to our developers and testers
• Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints
• Plan and manage releases (Technical and Business), checkouts and signoffs.
• Manage the team (Dev & QA) capacity and day-day delivery.
• Work closely with development teams and provide guidance while maintaining business alignment.
• Ability to evaluate RCA of issues, drive to resolution and deliver.

Required Experience:

• Must have 5+ years of IT experience on web-based products or LINUX platforms
• Must have 3+ years of experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, XLDeploy, Docker, GitHub Workflow (preferred)
• Must have 5+ years of experience with Java, J2EE technologies
• Must have 3+ years of Prod Support experience
• Must have 3+ years of experience using monitoring tools like Splunk, DynaTrace etc
• Knowledge of GitHub Actions and Kafka is preferred

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applicants will be accepted till 5/4/2025

The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $72K-$82K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
