As a Head Loader, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe loading of materials onto trucks or other transportation vehicles. You will oversee the loading team, ensuring that all materials are loaded correctly and securely.

• Coordinate and oversee the loading of materials onto trucks or other transportation vehicles
• Ensure that all materials are loaded accurately and securely
• Supervise and train loading team members
• Monitor and maintain loading equipment to ensure it is in proper working condition
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while loading materials
• Communicate effectively with drivers and other team members to ensure efficient loading and transportation
• All other duties as assigned or duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines and protocols
• Successfully pass a skills-based assessment - evaluates your reading, math, inspections & measurement, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Successful candidates will be enrolled in a registered apprenticeship program as part of their onboarding
