Stellantis is required to document and disclose all software features incorporated as Auxiliary Emissions Control Devices (AECDs) to the appropriate regulatory agencies. The Auxiliary Emissions Control Device Compliance Engineer position within the Vehicle Environmental & Safety - Homologation and Compliance group of the Technical Safety and Regulatory Compliance organization is responsible for developing processes and reviewing the documentation of AECDs to support emissions certification and compliance. The Auxiliary Emissions Control Device Compliance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with emissions regulations related to AECDs, collaborating with product development teams, and managing the completion of required certification documentation through governance prior to submission to regulatory agencies.
