This individual will be a strategic thinker, a skilled storyteller and experienced cross-functional operator who can drive consensus across product, clinical and commercial teams. In this role, we are looking for someone who can lead a team to synthesize market feedback, understand our business buyers, and their buying process, support product roadmap development, sales, and marketing efforts, continuing to widen the gap between Omada and our competitors. In this role we are looking for a player-coach who will lead a Senior Product Marketing Manager to support our GLP-1 program roadmap development, act as a subject matter expert with our commercial team, provide marketing strategy & execution for the GLP-1 program and sales enablement for payer, benefit consultants and employer audiences. This role will be instrumental in driving strategy and design of the GLP-1 program, and will be a customer facing role. About you:

Below is a summary of salary ranges for this role in the following geographies: California, New York State and Washington State Base Compensation Ranges: $193,200 - $241,500*, Colorado Base Compensation Ranges: $184,800 - $231,000*. Other states may vary. This role is also eligible for participation in annual cash bonus and equity grants. *The actual offer, including the compensation package, is determined based on multiple factors, such as the candidate's skills and experience, and other business considerations.
