Our client, an international leader in sporting goods equipment, is looking to add Warranty Processors to their O'fallon, MO team.
*Description* Under general direction from the Warranty Supervisor, and in accordance with applicable policies and procedures, the role is responsible for ensuring all returns are processed efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner. - Disposition return authorization: * Verify all required documents are included with the product * Verify product within warranty * Verify product has warrantable defect * Match product to receipt and to return authorization - Process return authorization in system: * Record product data * Record shipping data - Report issues with return authorization - Record product data in database * Responsible for the cardboard recycling/bundling machine operations * Responsible for product destruction * Goal is to process all returns within 24 hours *Skills & Qualifications* Drives for Results/Accountability * Effective Communicator * Creativity/Innovation * Builds Collaborative Environments * Customer-centered * Financial & Business Acumen * Decision Making * Technical/Functional Expertise * Good communicator, and accountable 1-3 years experience in data entry (entry level) Experience in warranties highly preferred *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
