We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CommerceTools and Contentful CMS along with a strong background in Product Content and Information Management. This hybrid role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to manage and deliver high-quality projects effectively.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $145,000 and $175,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Oversee the development and execution of project plans including timelines budgets and resource allocation.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams ensuring that all members understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements define project scope and establish clear deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and performance identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
• Ensure that all project documentation is complete accurate and up-to-date.
• Facilitate regular project meetings providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns or questions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of project components.
• Implement best practices and methodologies to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Evaluate project outcomes and provide feedback to stakeholders on areas for improvement.
• Maintain a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize CommerceTools and Contentful CMS to manage and deliver high-quality content and product information.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong background in project management with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• Demonstrate expertise in CommerceTools and Contentful CMS with a deep understanding of their capabilities and applications.
• Have extensive experience in Product Content and Information Management with a focus on delivering high-quality content.
• Exhibit excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Show strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Display a high level of attention to detail ensuring that all project components are accurate and complete.
• Have a proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to identify and address issues before they escalate.
