Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Gundersen Health System is seeking a full-time Supervisor to support our Patient Attendant Services department, located in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Lead a dedicated team dedicated to creating exceptional experiences for our patients and their loved ones. What you will do: Fulfill a 1.0 FTE; full-time, salaried position Supervise and lead a team of approximately 27 Patient Attendants Ensure optimal functioning in day-to-day operations, including staffing, daily proactive rounding, collaborating with staff, and modeling patient experience/customer service best practices Onboard new staff, assist with service recovery, and more What you will get: Starting pay of $48,692.80 annually + more for leadership experience!
