Department OverviewMotorola Solutions, Inc. is a leader in mission-critical communications products, solutions, and services for Public Safety users worldwide servicing State & Local and Federal Governments. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors, as well as, the ability to translate these insights into actionable plans. Job DescriptionThe Customer Engagement co-op will work closely with various departments, including operations, marketing, sales, and engineering, to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for improving customer relationships.
