Location: Remote (For Non-Local) or Hybrid (Local to NYC area)

Position Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for key activities associated with administering and engineering solutions in Salesforce, and other workflow tools, like Jira. In this role, you will operate as a member of the IT Process Engineering team, and collaboratively manage a platform primarily utilized by our Sales, Customer Care, and Operations teams.

This role will drive change in a 24/7/365 Salesforce environment/Atlassian Cloud Environment while accounting for the uptime requirements of the platform stakeholders.

Position Responsibilities:




  • Act as subject matter expert in our Salesforce and Atlassian landscape and product use.



  • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud



  • Jira and Confluence



  • Assist partner teams in shaping their roadmap on our workflow platforms.



  • Act as subject matter expert on the IT Process Engineering team, for any/all Salesforce/Atlassian-related tasks and responsibilities.



  • Partner with Stakeholder teams to manage platform lifecycle and ensure process and procedure alignment across the organization.



  • Identify and clean up existing technical debt in the platform.



  • Audit, document, and review permissions/roles as needed for compliance needs. Or build a methodology and frameworks to automate the above.



  • Work to keep API integrations and installed apps, up to date and documented as needed.



  • Collaborate with partner support teams to remediate production issues that impact service, revenue, or fulfillment teams with high urgency.



  • Collaborate with support teams to streamline and modernize deployment methodologies and processes.



  • Collaborate with coworkers to develop integrations with other similar tools, to drive cost engineering efforts and right-size workloads for cases where Salesforce is not the optimal solution.



  • Responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct, including reporting of noncompliance




Minimum Qualifications:




  • 1+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator, devadmin or engineer.



  • Experience with user, profile, and permission set management.



  • Experience managing declarative automation and Salesforce Flows.



  • Understanding of relational databases and SQL.



  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams.



  • Extreme attention to detail and highly organized.



  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.



  • The desire to learn constantly and dive into new areas with unfamiliar technologies.




Preferred Qualifications:




  • One or more of these Salesforce certifications:



  • Salesforce Administrator



  • Salesforce Certified Cloud Consultant



  • Salesforce Certified Business Analyst



  • Experience with Agile methodologies.



  • Experience as a Jira/Confluence Administrator preferred.



  • Preference for those who have worked in the health care industry with a strong preference for Pharmacy Benefit Management expertise.




Base Salary: $70,000 - $80,000

This position description is designed to be flexible, allowing management the opportunity to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities as needed to best meet organizational goals.
