Pay: $40K base salary + 15% commission

Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication.
• Utilize the Kenect System to track interactions and manage customer needs.
• Follow the sales process, complete documentation, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activity.
• Effectively manage territory and time to maximize sales opportunities.
• Operate construction equipment for demonstrations, including the "Tow & Show" concept.
• Participate in company programs, training sessions, and industry events.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in farm equipment or related industries.
