Job Description

SyndTrak and LendAmend are market leading solutions supporting the wholesale and institutional lending market which has seen tremendous growth and new opportunities. The Director of Product Management will drive a bold strategy for Syndications, engaging with global customers and partners to help drive the interconnected ecosystem that is developing in the market.

At FIS, the Solution Management team aims to champion the customers voice, shaping priorities across every part of the FIS Commercial Lending Organization and is driven by how FIS can transform the Syndication market for our customers.

The Solutions Management Team are primarily responsible for:

* Driving Revenue Growth

* Owning Product and Services Portfolio Vision & Strategy

* Owning GTM & Product Roadmap

* Industry and Market Experts

As part of the Commercial Lending Solution Management Team, the Director of Product for SyndTrak will become a Value Stream Lead, and focus on engaging with external customers and driving our internal solutions to meet their needs today and into the future.

* The position will act as an evangelist for the FIS SyndTrak/LendAmend business to the market and ensure there is link between sales, and the product vision.

* Working with the Product Manager/Product Owner, align the product roadmap to meet the requirements of the vision. Collaborate with the sales, pre-sales, product, professional services and the voice of the market.

* The SyndTrak Value Stream Lead will work with our existing or prospect banks to understand their current challenges and determine if we can configure our solution to help resolve them.

* The SyndTrak Value Stream Lead will lead partnership discussions with other fintech providers to unlock and realize the business case and expand the partnership opportunities

Position Description

The responsibilities of the position:

* Market validation - Act as the voice of the market allowing you to understand the current and future trends to ensure that the FIS vision and product roadmaps are aligned.

* Growth Strategies - Priorities product opportunities and create business cases into the ongoing development and opportunity

* Partnerships - Lead Partnership discussions, assessment, and commercial business case to expand and streamline end-to-end commercial lending.

* Thought leadership - Work with GTM and Marketing teams to document thought leadership papers and webinars to ensure that FIS is seen as a leader in Syndications

* Pre-Sales - Understand existing customers' and prospects' challenges and propose a roadmap of how the FIS Commercial Lending Suite can be the catalyst for Commercial Lending Transformation

* Professional Services - Work with professional services to align how to re-engineer the delivery processes and approach to ensure the strategy and execution are interlocked. Act as a steering member of "critical" projects to ensure success.

* Customer Support - Work with the existing third level support team to ensure that priorities are aligned, agreed and communicated to all parties

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manages product plan by ensuring changes in market and business priorities including integration needs and technology advancements are reflected. Presents status updates at quarterly and annual stakeholder meetings.
* Demonstrates leadership by establishing and articulating a clear vision of success and how goals and objectives will be achieved.
* Prepares and presents product plans. Identifies risks and challenges, opportunities and growth strategies, business integration needs and retirement plans.
* Prepares and presents product roadmap reviews as well as providing product's general strategic direction.
* Monitors and understands product's profit and loss statement. May be responsible for revenue and profitability of assigned products.
* Provides content for product roadmaps, ensures timely delivery and provides business reasons for any changes/revisions made to roadmaps.
* Engages and interacts with clients during feedback sessions, focus groups, user groups and requirements gathering sessions. Practices open and honest communications with clients.
* Acts as product launch manager when appropriate for new products or rollouts of major releases.
* Manages vendor relationships key to product delivery.
* Acts as escalation point for client issues that require product change resolution (does not include standard problem escalation process).
* Determines and approves all service level agreements (SLAs) related to products and includes with business scope documents.
* Works closely with development teams to review enhancement requests for strategic value and align resources to high priority project.
* Presents product information and industry thought leadership to external audiences in webinars and client conferences.
* Provides presentations to clients during business reviews, prospect briefings and internal group meetings.
* May require up to 40% travel.
* Other related duties assigned as needed.

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
* Thorough knowledge of FIS SyndTrak and LendAmend
* Requires general business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills, long-term vision and executive presence
* Knowledge of the Syndication Loan Market in North America and Europe
* Ability to utilize judgment in decision making process and decisions related to job tasks
* Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management in an organized, professional manner
* Client relationship management skills, understanding and focusing on clients' needs, establishing credibility and building positive, professional, relationships with clients

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $138,600.00 - $232,850.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
