We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Marketing Specialist to support our education recruitment marketing initiatives. In this role, you will assist in developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns aimed at attracting prospective students. You will collaborate with academic programs to create compelling content that highlights our institution's academic excellence, coordinate university-wide recruitment events, and manage social media initiatives. Additionally, you will conduct market research, compile industry trends, and monitor marketing data to optimize outreach efforts. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and passionate about engaging with prospective students through innovative marketing strategies.
Knowledge - Skills - Abilities
Marketing & Recruitment Knowledge: Understanding of recruitment marketing strategies, trends, and best practices, particularly in higher education.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing software, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, content management systems (CMS) such as SiteCore, and analytics tools.

Part-time: Hybrid
Position Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications: Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis.
Minimum education: Bachelor's degree Minimum experience: 3 years of of relevant marketing experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Preferred education: Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or Communications. Preferred experience: 5 years of relevant experience
