Job Summary

This position will play a key operational role in coordinating merchandising decisions for the region through data-driven analysis. The main objectives are to drive sales growth, achieve revenue targets, and ensure exceptional customer service across all retail locations within the assigned region. The ideal candidate should possess a robust background in merchandising analysis, excellent interpersonal skills, expertise in merchandising and supply chain best practices, and the ability to lead effectively within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position will work closely with warehouse personnel, field operations, and supplier partners to accomplish merchandising decisions.

Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct data-driven analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improving merchandising strategies.
  • Develop and oversee the execution of corporate and regional retail strategies.
  • Ensure effective communication to complete projects on time.
  • Maintain knowledge of products, planograms, and merchandising strategies.
  • Understand local/national account restrictions.
  • Generate reports for leadership.
  • Coordinate and organize resources efficiently to accomplish larger strategies and goals.
