Cognizant's Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly qualified Sr. Full-Stack Engineer with 10 + years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in JAVA, AWS, SQL, Spring Boot, Angular JS, JavaScript and MySQL. Experience in the Payer domain is mandatory. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using JAVA, AWS, SQL, Spring Boot Angular JS, JavaScript and MySQL.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.

* Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.

* Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

* Help maintain code quality organization and automation.

* Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

* Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

* Implement and manage continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

* Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance.

* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

* Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the software systems.

* Document software solutions and processes for future reference.

Qualifications:

* Possess strong experience of at least 10+ years in Java, AWS, SQL, Spring Boot, Angular, JavaScript and MySQL.

* Have a deep understanding of the Payer domain and its specific requirements.

* Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.

* Show ability to work in a hybrid work model with minimal supervision.

* Have a proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $81,337- $ 141,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
