Lead .NET Engineer ( Onsite) Cognizant Digital Practice helps clients reinvent products, experiences, and business models to build new value, differentiation, and drive revenue in the digital economy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge. Qualifications 12+ years of experience Possess strong experience in SQL Server C# SQL Azure and .Net Framework. Have a good understanding of the Sales & Marketing domain. Good experience in AWS Serverless App Repository, AWS / GCP / Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps Pipeline, Azure DevOps, ASP.NET Core, .Net Framework, .NET Dev Tools & Best Practice, .Net API, and .Net Core. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until 4/15/2025. The annual salary for this position is between $100k - $141k depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
