Manager, Media Services

The Manager, Media Services is responsible for guiding a team of Media Services professionals skilled in videography, photography and audio/video needs for Norton Healthcare. The Manager, Media Services is also responsible for continuous quality improvement and providing leadership and supervision to the staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for selection and maintenance of multi-media equipment throughout the system.
• Responsible for Norton Healthcare's system wide audio/visual, presentation media and video conferencing technologies. Responsible for implementing effective presentation media, video conferencing, and multi-media production.
• Directs and oversees all aspects of the Media Services department which maintains audio-visual equipment and supporting system events. Supports maintenance of AV conference rooms, patient education videos, and medical photography services.
• Responsible, along with construction engineering, for the design selection of multi-media equipment and operation of all Norton Healthcare conference rooms.

Required:

• With Bachelor degree: Three years experience in a corporate setting with technical responsibilities that include audio, video, classroom computer, photography, projection and graphics.
• Without Bachelor degree: Seven years experience in a corporate setting with technical responsibilities that include audio, video, classroom computer, photography, projection and graphics.

Desired:

• One year supervisory experience.
