Mandatory skills -

  • 7+ years of analytics experience (SQL, Python). Should be able to do hands on work independently if needed
  • Good Communication skills
  • Non-personal Promotion data management experience
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Comfortable working with offshore teams

Good to have Life science experience

Detailed Job Description:

  • Work with Technology, Business and Vendors stakeholders to maintain data accuracy
  • Coordinate with offshore, assign tasks to them and validate the results before presenting them to client
  • Should be able to do hands on work independently without help from offshore where time is scare or teams bandwidth is limited
  • Build a team of strong analytics and domain experts
  • Present status meeting updates to client
  • Identify, resolve, mitigate risk and provide thought leadership to improve data management, data accuracy
  • Answer business questions through data by summarizing the insights

The annual salary for this position is between $115,000 - $135,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
