A DAY IN THE LIFE

Eastbrook offers residents a suburban rural mix feel. Just 20 miles from 1 of the 11 lakes that make up Finger Lakes. Finger Lakes are known for it's breaktaking sceneries and producing excellent wine. Finger Lakes is a must-see. From hiking and biking, to boating and fishing, there's something for everyone to enjoy. There are a number of state parks with beautify scenar including a number of waterfalls.

In this position you'll use your skills and experience to perform scheduled service, fault analysis/troubleshooting, and potential main component or blade work on wind turbines. During a typical day, you will work at heights and in confined spaces, while being exposed to the elements of weather. At this site near Cohocton, NY, you will typically have shifts 5 days a week at 8-10 hours a day, but you also will have an on-call rotation schedule for off-work hours (weekends). The team here normally works in teams of two to three and typically will climb 1-2 turbines a day.

You will need a safety-focused mindset

Your positive attitude will contribute to your ability to work in a team environment

You will bring a LOTO 2 certification withat least 3yrs of extensive repair workon other O&M turbine models/platforms

You have performed mechanical, electrical and hydraulicrepair workpertaining tomain component replacements such as gearboxes, main bearings, generators, transformers, and blades in the wind industry

The base hourly range for this position is $24.72-33.71
