AMSOIL is seeking a Marketing Specialist. About the Role: Are you a detail-oriented, self-motivated marketing professional with a passion for event planning and brand activation? AMSOIL is seeking a Marketing Specialist to manage and coordinate tradeshows, sponsorships, and promotional events across Enthusiast, Commercial, and Industrial markets. This role plays a key part in driving business growth and increasing brand awareness through strategic marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Event & Tradeshow Coordination Plan, coordinate, and execute AMSOIL presence at tradeshows and sponsored events. Manage event logistics, shipping, and booth set-up via onsite partners or Dealers Promotional Asset & Inventory Management Track, maintain, and distribute event activation assets, promotional materials, and giveaways. Monitor costs, provide budget insights, and recommend purchases or optimizations based on event needs. Marketing & Sponsorship Initiatives Oversee influencer partnerships and product-sponsored racing programs. Vet sponsorship inquiries and manage deliverables for sponsored individuals/teams. Support marketing campaigns and promotional strategies for AMSOIL products. Performance Analysis & Reporting Conduct post-event surveys, collect feedback, and analyze ROI to optimize future activations. Provide recommendations on cost-effective marketing solutions What We're Looking For: Highly motivated & self-directed: Able to work independently and manage multiple projects. Detail-oriented & organized: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, using documentation and methodical processes to meet objectives. Strong communication skills: Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills essential for collaborating with internal and external customers. Marketing expertise: Understanding of Marketing trends and best practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience leveraging shared digital tools for project management. Up to 10% travel seasonally, as needed for field perspective. Other Details: Pay Type: Salary Base Pay: $53,400 Hybrid work schedule: Remote: Monday and Friday.
