JOB PROFILE
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing ISR to join our team. The ISR will play a crucial role in lead generation, responding to inquiries from website forms and supporting marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales processes, and experience working with CRM systems (specifically Microsoft Dynamics).
Responsibilities:


  • Generate leads through various channels, including outbound and inbound phone calls, website forms, and email campaigns.
  • Respond promptly to all leads received via website forms, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and pass them on to the appropriate sales team members through Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Re-establish, qualify, and maintain contact with small- to medium-sized customers to increase sales of parts and service solutions and to sell equipment to retail customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to support campaigns and promotions.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and understand all product divisions, while effectively collaborating with all levels of the organization to drive strategic initiatives and achieve business goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and progress in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead funnel and conversion rates.
  • Measure success in lead generation, including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) that reflect the effectiveness of your efforts.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation and conversion metrics.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate with potential customers.
  • Participate in Teams meetings and training sessions.



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in lead generation or inside sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Result-oriented, self-directed with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Possess a high degree of professionalism, adaptability, and integrity.
  • High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is a must.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
