MaineHealth Neurology is home to 26 Physicians, 9 Resident Physicians and 9 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), with a total of nearly 65 staff serving both Adult and Pediatric Neurology patients at its brand new state-of-the-art facility in Scarborough, ME at 92 Campus Drive. Adult Neurology features multiple sub-specialties which include: Epilepsy, Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Movement Disorders, Memory, and Pediatric Neurology.
In addition to offering advancement opportunities through their MA Clinical Ladder, MaineHealth, Neurology encourages staff development. Employees can participate in educational opportunities and conferences, and are supported in obtaining credentialing and specialty certifications. For those who want to gain leadership experience, MaineHealth, Neurology provides its employees the ability to join department and organization committees.
Hours are Monday-Friday, with option to work 4 ten-hour shifts after orientation.
Mixture of both clinical and administrative duties such as rooming patients, processing medication refills and insurance authorizations, scanning.
