Assists in the tasks associated with the plant operations, including plant maintenance, equipment operation, quality control, customer service, general operations administration, and physical labor. Highly qualified candidates will have prior experience in aggregate, ready-mix, and/or asphalt production plant operations, dispatching, and general operations administration. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities with frequently changing deadlines, while providing a positive customer experience. Main Responsibilities:

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred Skills:
* At least one year of experience working in an aggregate or asphalt production operation or similar industry preferred Physical Requirements:
* Wear and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by Company safety guidelines Compensation and Benefits:
