Description and Requirements

About the Internship:

Lenovo's Channel Digital Experience Team is focused on improving and evolving the digital platforms used by our partners and channel employees globally. These digital touchpoints are integral to Lenovo's $60 billion annual revenue and connect with over 40,000 active users each month. As a Summer Intern, you will have the chance to work on high-impact projects that enhance user experience, streamline processes, and deliver valuable insights-all aimed at improving Lenovo's business operations and strengthening its partner relationships.

This internship offers exposure to key business functions, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the opportunity to influence platform improvements that will drive business value at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program & Risk Management: Work alongside program managers to support the planning, execution, and tracking of initiatives aimed at improving the partner platform and goals are met.
  • Digital Experience Enhancement: Assist in improving and refining the digital platforms used by Lenovo partners and channel employees, ensuring user-friendly interfaces and efficient workflows.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze user data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and help create strategies that enhance the overall user experience.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, development) to propose and execute improvements that align with business objectives.
  • System Performance: Monitor platform performance and identify areas for improvement, ensuring that systems are running efficiently and seamlessly for diverse global users.
  • Reporting and Presentation: Create and present actionable insights/reports based on data and user experiences to key stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights that drive decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles or experience in digital platforms is a plus.
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Analytics, or other data analysis tools; familiarity with platform analytics and A/B testing is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams across time zones and geographies.
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and improving user experiences.
