The General Manager of Retail oversees all retail operations, including Stadium Operations, Ecommerce, and occasional pop-ups. This role reports directly to the Director of Operations with dotted line to Regional Director, Retail Operations - East Division. He or she is responsible for maintaining inventory standards as it relates to receiving and distributing to both the stadium and ecommerce. Within the stadium this manager is responsible for executing the game day retail experience for Rhode Island FC, supervising the retail associates; keeping all locations fully stocked, staffed, and operational. This manager will execute a best-in-class customer service for fans and staff. The GM also is responsible for purchasing the product for the entire retail operation focusing on building margins, maintaining appropriate inventory levels, and keeping the product selection up to the standards of the client.
