Design and develop Business Intelligence and Analytics systems, solutions and platforms to support high-impact customer facing solutionsnew product development, business analytics, process efficiencies and automation. Develop both current and future state roadmaps and plans for end-to-end solutions and technologies.

Responsible for leading a cross-functional engagement team for business intelligence and analytics solution design, designing and maintaining platform protocol, as well as coaching and mentoring developers on the team and other development teams in IT and Product on best use of technology models and processes.

Pay Range: $68,200+ per year

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of business analytics process and automated solutions to automate business processes and insights, including sustainable/automated BI, reporting and analytics solutions, dashboards, scorecards, workflows, and various other forms of data visualization and delivery.
• Build solutions to drive scalable solutions that leverage data warehousing, dimensional modelling and design, Analytics, Dashboarding, Key performance Indicators (KPIs), Data Quality, Data Management.
• Independently leads gathering and evaluating business requirements with process owners and other cross-functional resources to understand business requirements for incoming business analytics requests and provide efficient and effective solutions.
• Collaborates strongly with Product, Operations, Commercial, and IT teams to ensure product and platform design integrates successfully with BI solutions.
• Initiates research and operationalization of new tools and technologies in business intelligence arena, to support evolving customer and business needs.
• Proactively anticipates internal/external customer needs and uses customer insight to drive and guide the development of new solutions and offerings.
• Map the as-is process, explore, identify, and test new innovative technology or solution for process re-engineering/digitization/automation
• Assists in the design, configuration, development and deployment of scalable process automation solutions using automation frameworks and tools
• Maintains proactive communication and transparency with key internal and external stakeholders to provide status of projects
• Thoroughly documents processes, workflows, and solutions and manages version control
• Conduct thorough testing of solutions, ensuring robustness and reliability.
• Perform Server Administrator responsibilities of installing, configuring and maintaining Business Analytics Server(s).
• Coordinate with vendors to research and develop server hardware requirements for Quest usage and to request software updates to meet Quest business needs.
• Continuously monitor server activity and performance, maintain server updates, and configure SQL/ODBC accessibility and connections.
• Responsible for platform and system compliance, according to Quest policies.
• Designs, develops, deploys and supports measure algorithms in the form of complex SQL scripts and database queries.
• Upgrade and improve data and application schema, preparing design documents and functional specifications.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required WorkExperience:

• Experienced automation professional with at least 2 years of experience in developing automation solutions using RPA and Business Analytics insights tools
• Experience constructing and running queries (SQL, MS Access) and knowledge of relational databases
• Experience developing scripts to automate processes
• Ability to understand how data flows
• Experience in facilitating change
• Experience leading the configuration, development, testing, and deployment of automation solutions leveraging common CI/CD tools
• Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects and the flow of information across multiple work groups.

Preferred Work Experience:

• Knowledge of Alteryx, Tableau, and/or UiPath or other automation and business insight tools
• Min 5 years of experience in building RPA solutions using related applications
• Solid understanding of RPA concepts, best practices, design patterns and development standards
• Experience in developing clear and concise reports and presentations.
• Project management experience highly desired.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products, particularly Power Point, Word and Excel. Alteryx and SQL proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to prepare and persuasively present clear and concise written communications, both in report and presentation formats.
• Ability to make in person presentations clearly and effectively to large and small groups, including senior business leadership team and clients.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

• Ability to multi-task, use analytical skills, follow verbal or written instructions, think analytically, effectively use written and verbal communication skills, concentrate on tasks, make decisions and adjust to change quickly.
• Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time; requires long hours of eye and hand coordination. Must be able to perform repetitive tasks with dominant hand frequently to constantly throughout the day.

Knowledge:

• Business Analytics
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products, particularly Power Point, Word and Excel.
• Knowledge or experience in advance excel, Tableau, Alteryx

Skills:

• Business process improvement and mapping skills (e.g. in MS Visio, ARIS) is highly beneficial
• Knowledge of project management, agile methodology, and/or experience working in a project environment is highly beneficial
• Good analytical and systematic problem-solving skills
• Ability to focus on the core fundamental of the problem and determine to progress toward the optimal solution without deviating or losing focus
• Strong drive to get the job done
• Good prioritization skills in line with business objective
