Summary
Responsible for overseeing nursing activities and facilitating optimal patient care within our hospital through strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to effectively coordinate nursing operations. Does this position require Patient Care? Yes Essential Functions -Coordinate nursing activities to ensure efficient and high-quality patient care delivery. -Act as a liaison between nursing staff, healthcare teams, and various departments for seamless collaboration. -Develop and implement nursing policies and standards in line with best practices and regulations. -Provide guidance and support to nursing personnel, assisting in their development and adherence to care plans. -Manage scheduling, staffing, and work flow to maintain effective patient-staff ratios. -Collaborate with leadership to address challenges, implement improvements, and ensure compliance.
