Essential Functions
-Coordinate nursing activities to ensure efficient and high-quality patient care delivery.

-Act as a liaison between nursing staff, healthcare teams, and various departments for seamless collaboration.

-Develop and implement nursing policies and standards in line with best practices and regulations.

-Provide guidance and support to nursing personnel, assisting in their development and adherence to care plans.

-Manage scheduling, staffing, and work flow to maintain effective patient-staff ratios.

-Collaborate with leadership to address challenges, implement improvements, and ensure compliance.

Education
Bachelor's Degree Nursing required

Licenses and Credentials
Registered Nurse [RN - State License] - Generic - HR Only required

Experience
Clinical nursing experience 3-5 years required and Hospital or managed care experience 2-3 years required and Supervisory experience 2-3 years preferred

- Proven experience in a clinical leadership role within a hospital setting.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality improvement processes.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic healthcare environment.
